Katherine Morrison is an anointed and profound teacher, speaker, psalmist, songwriter, recording artist and author.  Her ministry is shared with many audiences locally and nationally as she presents in her own unique style of workshops, preaching, singing and teaching to the body of Christ.  She was the Founder and Pastor of God’s Kingdom Empowerment Center – 2009 -2015 where she trained and equipped the body of Christ and the community to live the kingdom lifestyle through biblical precepts. She is the Founder/CEO of "The Promise Group, Inc." since January 1995 – The  company publishes Christian literature, curriculum, gift products, and musical projects written and performed by Katherine as well.  She also founded "The Royal Queen Academy"  in 2009, a  character development and mentoring  program that empowers, motivates, encourage and uplift women  of all ages to  accomplish their purpose and live life to their fullest potential. She hosts a weekly virtual segment on Zoom every Monday at 7:00 pm CST titled "This is My Story - Focusing on women sharing their stories of struggles and triumphs along with a monthly segment of Her Perspective - a panel discussing various topics. She is currently enrolled in Aenon Theological College for Doctorate Degree in Theology. Katherine has received many outstanding awards such as  “Woman of Grace Award” by Mothers of Grace Ministries,  “Women in Ministry Award” presented by Damon King Ministries in Nashville, TN.   She volunteers and supports various ministries, non-profit organizations and community programs.  Katherine is an associate minister at Greater Christ Temple Church, Nashville, TN  pastored by Bishop Sherman L. Merritt, Sr. DD. She is the proud parent of three adult children –The late La’Tonya Davidson (Thomas), Quintin Mason, Andre’ Hill and 5 wonderful grandchildren (Thomas, Jr. (Ruth), Terrence, Tamia, Ezra and 3 great grandchildren –Felix, Luna and Thomas III.
